        1. Does early surgical treatment of blunt pancreatic injuries have better outcome than delayed treatments ? An institutional review.
        2. Is diversion of penetrating duodenal injuries the best treatment in the acute setting after trauma? An institutional review.
Future:
        1. Does antifungal prophylaxis for critically ill trauma patients provide better survival and reduction of fungal infections?
        2. Is repeat CT Scan of Blunt Splenic, Liver, Renal injuries of Grade > 3 needed? (Plan to look at each solid organ separately.)
        3. Which is better, the Canadian C-Spine Clearance or the Nexus C-Spine Clearance? A randomized control trial. In collaboration with Emergency Department.
        4. Is the use of T-POD in pelvic fractures effective in survival and reduces blood transfusion ?
