Six Critical Practices of Leading Teams (frontline and management level leaders)

When individual contributors are promoted to first level leaders, they need to shift how they think and what they do in order to succeed in this rewarding, yet challenging role. This course focuses on developing the essential skills to achieve sustainable results with and through others.
Foundations of LOVing-Leadership Orientation
This is a two-day Leadership orientation includes presentations from the across the LLUH executive leadership team and provide a framework of information and culture of leadership to build upon.
